How does search priority work?
When several dealers match a buyer search, Premium dealers are shown first, then Pro dealers, then Starter dealers. This gives higher plans better visibility without taking commission on sales.
Is there a commission on sales?
No. ViolinMarket charges a flat subscription only. Transactions are handled directly between the dealer and the buyer.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
What is the founding dealer offer?
The first 50 dealers receive 3 months free on any plan. After the free period, the selected plan applies.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Subscription changes are handled through Stripe.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
